Australia’s only dedicated rye whiskey distillery, located in Melbourne’s inner North, Hotel Railway’s friendly neighbour!  Their whiskey is crafted and distilled from 100% Australian unmalted rye, sourced from a single farmer in the Murray Mallee region.
