Lark Whisky Dinner

We’ve worked closely with Lark Whisky to bring you an immersive experience that showcases Australia’s best single malt whisky brand and Hotel Railway’s hospitality. 

We’re thrilled to have Bill Lark himself walking you through the Lark story and four of his very best whiskies.

Limited spots available for $145 per person and bookings essential. All dietaries can be catered for. This experience will finish at approximately 9:30pm. 

Meet in the beer garden around our live fires to enjoy your first cocktail and canapes. We’ll then take you to our dining room made cosy with a fireplace, where your first tasting will start. During the remainder of the evening you’ll be guided by Bill Lark, our Beverage Manager Jackson Buchanan and Executive Sous Chef Lucas Caporal.
